Unwinding and undoing are the magic words for this week away, emerged in the grounding mountains of central Portugal. There is no better teacher than nature itself and here you get to disconnect in order to reconnect, practicing the soft and subtle art of rest and reconnection.

Program
​
Every day starts with an XL vinyasa flow on the yoga deck with a view that will instantly become your happy place in addition to 3 finger-licking meals a day, day trip to the waterfalls, an evening in the most beautiful Spa of Portugal, wine tasting and soaking in the sun in the pool.
​
In addition to the morning flows, there will also be yoga Nidra, a somatic breathwork session, sharing circle, and ecstatic dance.
For those who wish to dive a little deeper, there is also space for some one on one Somatic sessions.
Soothing your senses through great food, nurturing movement, sunshine and also a tiny toolkit of valuable calming practices that you get to take home with you, will make this the ultimate getaway.

For whom?

This week is suited for solo travekers, couples, mothers, fathers, uncles and aunts. Wether you are a seasoned yogi or new to yoga, the practices are suitable for everyone.

Cuisine - don’t lift a finger!

Giel and our kitchen team will spoil you to the max this week!
Super yummy dishes will be served to you for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
Prepared with local, organic products and as sustainable as possible.
On the last night of the week we heat up the wood oven to bake delicious, home-made pizzas.
Of course you can also always decide to go out for lunch or dinner, no strings attached!
We serve alcoholic drinks in our bar (wine included with dinner, otherwise excluded in the price).
Price

Shared room 950 Euros.
Private room adds 195 Euros to the price. A private tiny house (if still available) is optional. Price on request.
We have 6 private rooms available:
2 private glamping tents in our glamping area, 2 single bed rooms and 2 double bed rooms in the guest house. Tiny houses are shared accommodations for 3.
(First bookings have first choices, prices are the same for all private rooms)
Price includes: full program with all workshops and daytrips, accommodation, use of all yoga props, catering and transfer to our day trips.
Not included: flights, travel insurance, massages and alcoholic drinks (except wine served during dinner).
Your reservation will be confirmed after your downpayment of 50% of the total amount.

Accommodation

Deveza offers 3 types of accommodation:
a guest house, our ‘tiny-houses’, and 2 glamping tents. We will host a maximum of 12 people during this week. The price is based on a shared room. There are 6 private rooms available, which increases the price by 195 euros. The maximum capacity of a shared 'room' is 3, which will be in the tiny houses. The guest house will be shared with maximum 4 people, but everone has their own room.

Travel to and from Land of Deveza
Flying
There are daily flights to Aeroporto Oporto, which is a 1.5 hours drive from where we are based in São Pedro do Sul.
We recommend the flight by KLM from Amsterdam on July 7 at14:00 and back on July 13th on 16:20. Our pick up service and program will match with these flights. Of course you can always decide to book a different flight, but keep in mind that the transfer might not match.

If you have a car pool spot available in your car or wish to catch a ride, let us know and we'll try to connect you with other guests.
Deveza is situated on a hill. It's possible to go to town by foot, but keep in mind that you have to go up hill again (30 min walk)
There is no public transport into town from Deveza, unfortunately.

And of course, not to forget our dogs Máka (r) and Sjakie, who love to come and cuddle!
Carmen is your yoga and breathwork teacher this week.
She encourages students to establish a deep connection with their breath in each movement in order to explore the different layers of their own unique system while always maintaining a smile and an open mind.
She is able to bring a diverse range of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual knowledge to each class in a grounding yet light hearted and fun manner.
